In the case of this video, it seems more likely that the video is a fake. If it is, congratulations is in order to the guy or girl who made the video.

It has a Blair Witch Project vibe to the whole thing. Combine that with the national hysteria regarding the current clown problem in the country, it's a well-timed scare video.

If the video is real, well, that's another story altogether.
