Popular West Coast Coffee Chain Dutch Bros Coming to Illinois
If you’ve never had Dutch Bros Coffee, you’re in for a treat. This Oregon-based drive-thru coffee chain has built a cult following out West for its rich, smooth coffee and crave-worthy specialty drinks.
I first tried Dutch Bros in Tennessee while on a road trip to Florida. I jumped off the highway to grab a cup, and several miles later, I was kicking myself for not ordering two, it was that good.
Dutch Bros Expands to Illinois

Dutch Bros operates more than 1,000 locations, mainly on the West Coast, but they’ve recently been brewing up big expansion plans. The company has officially announced it’s opening not one, but two Illinois locations this year.
First Illinois Location: Glen Carbon
The very first Dutch Bros in Illinois is expected to open by the end of summer in Glen Carbon, giving coffee lovers in southern Illinois their first taste of the brand’s famous lattes, freezes, and teas.
