Breaking up is hard to do. Thankfully, we have a list of five songs that will get you through every tear inducing stage.

Last weekend, I went through the toughest breakup of my life and it wasn't even mine.  My son broke up with his girlfriend of 18 months. I think I took it much harder than he did. How many moms do you know cry after their kids breakup with someone?

When it comes to breakups, whether your a teen or an adult, music can be your best friend or your worst enemy. DAMN YOU MEMORIES.  But regardless of what memory a song sparks in your mind, there's always a song that resonates so deeply that it has you screaming, "Noooo Celine Dion, I don't wanna be all by myself!"

Here are the go to breakup tracks to get you through the many stages of your breakup:

Stage 1:Total Devastation

Stage 2: Depression

Stage 3: Anger
