Rockford native Fred VanVleet went undrafted by the NBA in June. That said, it didn't take long for him to latch on to a team.

VanVleet and the Toronto Raptors "have agreed to terms on a multi-year contract" according to Raptors Republic.

While details of how much VanVleet will get paid or for how long the contract is for, it should clear up some of the uncertainty surrounding his NBA career.

Raptors Republic says "the contract will contain a partial guarantee, and VanVleet will be in training camp with the team."

VanVleet has spent the last few weeks in Las Vegas with the Raptor's summer league team. Playing in three games VanVleet has 19 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists.
