Voters in the 2nd annual Rockford's Sexiest Man Alive contest again chose a musician as the winner. There were 24,136 votes cast in this year's competition, over 8,000 of them were cast for Derek Luttrell. In the finals, between Derek and Rockford restauranteur Al Castrogiovanni, the margin of victory was 686.
