KISS, the band Cheap Trick's Rick Nielsen credits with giving them one of their earliest breaks, brings their giant 'Freedom to Rock' show to the BMO Harris Bank Center on  Saturday, August 20th. According to rockrivertimes.com, KISS is partnering with Hiring Our Heroes and Veteran Tickets Foundation to honor members of the National Guard and military reserve forces.

If you're a currently serving member of the National Guard or military reserve forces, you have a chance to be a 'Roadie for a Day' when KISS comes to town. KISS is also donating tickets to veterans in the Rockford area. This tickets will be distributed through VetTix.org. They are also offering discounted tickets for veterans and their families. Military discounts will also be available at the BMO Harris Bank Center Box Office with proof of a valid military ID.
