Pass Me A Summertime Drink!

As soon as "Spring" hit, I noticed people out with tank tops, shorts and flip flops on. Even though I haven't broke out my summer clothes, I did break out my favorite drink......a yummy, and always in season...coconut martini! I really don't know why, but for some reason, I associate martini's with warmer weather, sunshine and palm trees!  I mean, this long winter has my imagination drifting to sea side seats! Here's a recipe for a yummy coconut martini.  I suggest you try one this weekend...at least it'll get you into a happier place!
