You gotta love when ice cream might help you do something!

My grandma had five kids under the age of six before she was 30, look around. Do you know any 30 year olds with 5 kids? Most of us probably don't, because life isn't exactly the same as it was 50 some years ago.

Women are more likely to have children after they turn 35, which isn't always as easy as say 23 or 24. But a new study shows that ice cream might help. Which is pretty amazing.

A group of women over 35 who were undergoing IVF treatment in Massachusetts recorded what they ate while they were getting the treatment. The women who ate more dairy products (including ice cream!) were 21% more likely to have a baby.

As little as three servings a day made a difference. The study goes to say that the dairy products didn't really have an impact on women under 35, just older. Science is so weird!
