Midwest Living just named the THC Sando on the 10 trendiest sandwiches in Chicago, and it's not difficult to see why people are raving about this sandwich.

Tandoori honey fried chicken, gochujang (red chili paste) aioli (mayo, sour cream, and garlic), ach ara (pickled green papaya), and served on a brioche bun.

Having never been to Wazwan yet, just like you, I'm getting kind of excited to check it out.

Once I saw a picture of this THC Sando, I had to start finding out what Wazwan is all about. Wazwan Chicago is inspired by the Kashmiri culinary tradition of the same name. The intense flavors of India & South East Asia with classic French cooking techniques. From Wazwan's Facebook page,
