Illinois Circle K Sells $500K Winning Lottery Ticket

This news comes just after a Rockford woman won $1 million dollars from a scratch off she bought on the Illinois lottery app.

Illinoisans are so lucky when it comes to the lottery, I can't wait to be one of them one day! It might never happen, but a girl can only dream.

Can you imagine going to Circle K, getting gas with the last few bucks you have, and then buying a lottery ticket not knowing it was going to change your life forever?! The Illinois Lottery announced that someone bought a Lucky Day Lotto ticket that was worth half a million dollars.

The ticket was sold at the Circle K on E. Main Street in Streator this past Sunday.

The crazy part? Nobody has come forward to claim the prize yet. Maybe they're taking their time, or they just don't know they won. If it were me, I'd have that bad boy scratched before I even left the Circle K parking lot!

Just a few weeks ago, a Chicago tourist took home $3 million as the ultimate souvenir. Then, a woman in Rockford, who revealed the top half of her face in her winning photo, claimed $1 million from playing the iLottery. She put in $2 and won a million. How lucky is that?!
