Illinois Fast Food Fans Need These Menu Favorites Back ASAP
Fast food restaurants are always introducing new menu items, but sometimes they take away the ones we actually loved. Every once in a while, I'll find myself randomly craving something that hasn't been available for years.
Case in point: I recently stopped at McDonald's and asked for a crispy snack wrap with honey mustard. Mind you, that was a menu item when I was in high school 10 years ago. They only have ranch of buffalo options now. Embarrassing lol.

Honestly, some of these feel like they belong in a fast food hall of fame! The yogurt parfait was also a fan-favorite of mine because it was the perfect size to fill me up every morning! Wasn't too heavy, was so fresh, and was cheap!
The $5 Footlong might not technically be a menu item, but anyone who lived through that era know it's like triple the price now. Crazy how expensive everything has gotten this day in age.
Maybe it's nostalgia talking, but these discontinued favorites seem to get more people excited that most new items being launched. Fast food chains spend millions creating new products, yet people are still talking about menu items from 10, 15, and even 20 years ago! If you could bring back one menu item, what would it be?
