Researchers took a look at Fitbit activity data from obese patients and found that people on medications like Ozempic and Wegovy aren't getting in the physical activity you might expect.

Nonetheless, experts were surprised by the results, despite conventional thinking that losing weight might encourage more exercise and make it easier to move.
