Illinois Man Suspected as Naked Shooter in Nashville Waffle House Killings
UPDATE: The Illinois man wanted for the murder of four people inside a Tennessee Waffle House has just been arrested.
Yesterday, as I was waking up from a pretty hard sleep, I rolled over to grab my phone. It had been the first time all weekend that I was really on it, trying to catch up from all that I had missed since late Friday morning.
It didn't take long for me to regret that decision. It seems that every time I take a break from social media and then jump back on, a shooting happens.
Unfortunately, that's the world we live in now, it's just another day; another shooting. Except this time, this horrific act of violence has an Illinois connection...to the shooter.
According to ABC News, 29-year-old Travis Reinking, from Morton, Illinois, was naked when he walked into a Antioch Waffle House with an assault-type rifle and killed four people- two outside the restaurant and two inside.
We've also learned that Reinking believed that Taylor Swift was stalking him and he had also been arrested by the Secret Service last summer after being in a restricted area near the White House. He told authorities that he wanted to meet with President Trump.
Police are now asking for the public's help in locating Reinking and he's considered to be armed and dangerous.
