Are you going back to school to learn or to party? Maybe both? We found the right school for you.

If I could go back in time, I would probably go back to college and have a little more fun. I know you're thinking, Michelle, but you're so fun! Were you not fun in college?

I was not. I was overly responsible and scared of breaking any rules.

Not that I'm advocating breaking all of the rules, but maybe one or two would've been nice.

Perhaps I needed to go to a different school in order to break some rules?

A few weeks ago the 2021 'Best Party Schools,' list popped up online and a school I definitely could've gone to topped the list: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Being the nerdy kid that I was, I knew University of Illinois for the brainy things but I didn't really know (at the time) that it was also a major party school.

While it's the only Illinois school on the list, it's not the only Midwest school that made the top ten.

In fact, right behind U of I, we get University of Wisconsin-Madison, which is actually much closer to Rockford than U of I.

If you're curious, here's the rest of the list.

  1. University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
  2. University of Wisconsin-Madison
  3. Indiana University Bloomington
  4. Michigan State University
  5. University of Alabama
  6. University of Georgia
  7. Florida State University
  8. The Pennsylvania State University
  9. University of Texas at Austin
  10. West Virginia University

Welcome back to college - kids!
