Ever stand in the longest line ever to go to the women's bathroom and stare at the guys non-existent line? Better yet, ever actually go in the guys bathroom because no one's in there anyway and you just couldn't wait? Not sure this "all gender" bathroom will solve this problem, but it might kind of even things out.

Illinois State University is changing a bunch of their bathrooms to be "all gender" instead of specifically being labeled for men or women. Basically the only actual physical change is the signage, and the student body is supportive of the change. The director of the office of equal opportunity spoke on behalf of the school saying that the community will appreciate the change, allowing you to use the bathroom no matter what gender you associate.

They are beginning with the single bathrooms, which makes the most sense to me. If there's a lock on the stall, who cares who's inside?

Now, guys and girls in the same bathroom at the same time? Not exactly something I'm all for, but maybe that's just because I'm not sure guys are ready for the bathroom conversations ladies have every time they go.
