The restaurant is known for its southern and BBQ cooking creations and it's no wonder why Guy named this one of the best. Mashed.com named Shaved Duck in St. Louis a must-visit the next time you're in the city.

When Guy Fieri made a visit, he tried the crispy-skinned smoked duck breast served with cherry juniper jam, and the host couldn't put it down.

If you do visit The Shaved Duck make sure you try the smothered fries piled high with a whole bunch of smoked pork and homemade cheese sauce, There is nothing on the menu that doesn't look delicious. It's St. Louis BBQ at its best!

I have heard of the Shaved Duck before but I did a bad thing. I judge a book by its cover and the name kind of scared me, but now that I sort of know what this restaurant is all about I might have to make a visit and see for myself why this place is so good.
