Clear your car of this item before regret sets in. Most of us are driving around with these in our trunks and who knows when we'll let go of it.

I'm totally guilty of leaving random things in my car for way too long. Sometimes it is just easier throw things in your back seat and call it a day, am I wrong? I always tell myself I'll clean it all eventually, but will I even live to see that day? Probably not.

I know I'm not the only one driving around with bags of clothes in my trunk that I've been telling myself I'm going to donate to Goodwill.

Take those bags and boxes of unwanted items just chillin' in your back seat to a donation center in your area and drop it off. Why?

1. Someone else could put your stuff to better use

2. You'll make room for more clutter in your trunk

3. It's been sitting in your car for way too long

It's really a win-win situation here. Once I finally dropped off my bags, I realized that I was holding onto these things for no reason. I regret not doing it sooner!

If your donations are more than just clothing, just know Goodwill WILL accept these items:

New and gently used clothing and linens
Shoes, boots, skates, slippers
Computers and all computer equipment
Cell phones
Household items, dishes, glassware, kitchen utensils, lamps, and small appliances
Toys, games, and sporting goods
Books, CDs, videos, DVDs, and computer software
Jewelry, purses, and belts
All electronics including VCRs, DVD & blue ray players, and stereos
Cars, trucks, motorcycles, and boats

Goodwill also doesn't accept certain items, too. You can find that entire list here.

So, next time you get in the car and feel like you're hauling around a ton of unnecessary stuff in your back seat... make that trip!
