The restaurant landscape has been challenging for many brands over the past several years, but a few are flourishing. The one restaurant that has opened the most locations in the past year according to new data now has grown to 91 places in Illinois.

This is a brand new report that was just shared by Restaurant Business yesterday. They said that when it comes to full-service restaurants, it was a down year overall, but there is one brand that beat the odds and opened the most locations in the past calendar year. According to their report, Buffalo Wild Wings had a net increase of 59 restaurants in the past 12 months which makes them number one in America for growth of full-service places to eat.

If you look at the locations map on their official website, you'll see that Buffalo Wild Wings has grown to 91 locations in Illinois as of this writing.

The growth of Buffalo Wild Wings in Illinois is not complete yet. The new report also says that the chain has committed to as many as 600 more restaurants in the near future with some new ones in Illinois likely to be included. I've heard it said that the rich only get richer and I guess that's true for some restaurants, too. In the case of Buffalo Wild Wings, the big have grown bigger.
