Fastest-Growing Illinois Place Has Italian Food, Bowling & Bocce?

This will not be surprising to you even a little bit, but I've never been considered trendy. That means there's something I do not have in common with an Illinois place that is one of the fastest-growing in America as they combine Italian food, bowling and bocce ball into one experience.

I find this combination...interesting. I'm a fan of all 3 of these things, but have never thought of combining them. Nation's Restaurant News says this Northbrook, Illinois place is one of the fastest-growing brands in America. The place they're referring to is called Pinstripes. Their website shows this Oak Brook location, too.

The reason for this Illinois place to be included on this new top 100 emerging restaurant chain list is due to what is described as "23% unit growth and 41% sales growth". Even my limited math skills understand those are good restaurant (or any business) numbers.

I suppose this is a place similar to Dave & Busters where you're enticed by both the games and the food although this Illinois place is offering something more upscale than just burgers.

The ranking shows that there are already 16 units of Pinstripes which means they're expanding quickly and they got their start in Illinois which makes them something the Land of Lincoln can brag about.
