It's hard to believe that there are still Peeping Toms in the world but after recent incidents in Illinois and Wisconsin, it proves there are still plenty of perverts out there.

Peeping Tom Arrested In Illinois

This crime occurred in Joliet. The suspect was arrested for two separate incidents. In both cases, the man is accused of filming the female victim without permission. Hopefully, he'll go to jail for a long time after trying to pull off this creepy stuff.

According to patch.com, 

Elias Jothi is charged with disorderly conduct as well as unauthorized video recording and live video transmission.

 

The second charge indicates that Jothi knowingly attempted to use a cellular phone to surreptitiously record under the clothing of the woman in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb her and to provoke a breach of the peace.

 

Police Searching For Peeping Tom In Wisconsin

The next issue with a Peeping Tom happened in Madison. In this case, witnesses have spotted the pervert hanging outside the same house and looking into the windows for the past couple of months. The local police are currently investigating the incident and searching for the suspect.

According to the MPD statement, the suspect began going onto private property over the summer and continued doing so into the fall.

 

Most of the time he would appear between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. and would be looking into the windows of the same home, in the 1200 block of Mound Street, in the Vilas neighborhood.
