Some young musicians in Rockford are getting the amazing opportunity to play a live show in one of the top concert venues in the state of Illinois.

Rockford's Hard Rock Live To Host Special Show Featuring Rock & Roll Institute

When I was a kid, I had the dream of becoming a Rock Star. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. I couldn't find the right teacher or situation to learn how to play. It was even harder to find other teens who wanted to jam and start a band. I really wish there was a program like the Rock and Roll Institute when I was younger.

The Rock and Roll Institute is such a cool program. They host youth music camps. The students start a band on Monday and play a show on Friday. What a great opportunity for these kids who want to jam. The group also has some bonus shows for fundraisers the rest of the year. This one could be the coolest yet.
