You’ll Never Guess How This Wisconsin Woman Stole A Deep Freezer
A woman from Madison recently was arrested for stealing a very unusual household item.
Stealing In Wisconsin Has Gotten Way Out Of Control
Crime is out of control everywhere. It has gotten particularly bad in the major cities in Wisconsin like Madison. Places where they typically didn't have any major problems are now experiencing serious issues. Thieves will steal anything that isn't securely tied down. They also have no fear of the police, getting arrested, or the victims. I would describe it as kind of like a free for all. Check out the latest crazy thing that happened beyond the Cheddar Curtain.
Wisconsin Police Arrest Woman For Stealing Deep Freezer
Wisconsin police were called when witnesses spotted an elderly woman wheeling a deep freezer in the middle of a busy street in downtown Madison. The incident happened sometime after midnight on Friday evening. The officers were able to track down the suspect at the Graduate hotel.
The woman had taken the deep freezer from an unknown location. She rolled it down the street. Took it back to the hotel where she was staying. Went through the front door. The suspect then push the hot item into the elevator and stored it in her room. Other people staying in the building gave the cops enough info so they could find and arrest her. It's valued at around $4,000.
I do have a couple of questions that I would like answered. Where did she get the freezer? What was she going to do with it? How did the appliance fit in her hotel room? Since she was older, I'm guessing it was pretty easy to move with the wheels. To be honest, I think that was the first time I've ever heard of a freezer getting stolen.
