According to the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA), the popular event will take place Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, inside the Exposition Building at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield.
For 27 years, the Expo has served as a premier showcase of Illinois-made food and agricultural products. Organizers say the event has officially outgrown the Orr Building, prompting the move to a larger space capable of hosting more than 100 vendors in 2026.
Record Vendor Participation Highlights Illinois Agriculture
IDOA Director Jerry Costello II said the expanded venue will provide more space for Illinois companies and consumers who are passionate about supporting local agriculture.

Featured vendors include The Homestead Bakery, ReMARKable Carmels, Rolling Lawns Farm, Luka Popcorn, Siddity Pig Pork Snacks, Phoenix Vean, Turasky Meats, Engrained Brewing Company, and 17th Street BBQ.
The Illinois Wine Experience will spotlight 14 wineries from across the state, giving attendees the chance to sample and purchase Illinois wines.
