Rockford Food Truck Fav To Open New Restaurant in Former Taco Betty’s Space

One of the Stateline area's favorite food trucks will soon be expanding into the former Taco Betty's location in Downtown Rockford.

A New Restaurant Is Coming to Downtown Rockford, IL

The Rockford area is blessed to have so many fabulous food trucks to choose from when we're craving something delicious, and I will admit that it is hard for me to say which one is my favorite. The only problem my family usually has is finding a food truck that my picky children will actually eat at.

Food trucks serving pizza, tacos, or chicken are always a win for my family, so I am super excited to see one of our favorite trucks expand into an actual restaurant soon in Downtown Rockford.

You know you've seen the truck rolling all over the Rockford area before...

Soon we won't have to drive around looking for the Disco Chicken truck to enjoy their loaded tots or fried chicken sandwiches, we can just head over to the former Taco Betty's location in Downtown Rockford...

What to Expect at Disco Chicken's New Rockford Restaurant

Disco Chicken's new restaurant will feature all the sandwiches you've grown to love like 'The Wizard' or 'Hog Party', unique ice cream treats, and I'm assuming, some new chicken creations as well.

The signage on the windows of the building says; "Fried Chicken.Tenders.Tots.Ice Cream.Bar.Rooftop", so I'm stoked to see what Disco Chicken does to the inside of this beautiful space in Downtown Rockford. Spring can't come soon enough!
