The world needs more food trucks. Illinois is fortunate to already have some great ones, but there is one that apparently rises above the rest according to food truck experts.
With Rockford's abundance of food trucks and the much-anticipated return of Food Truck Tuesdays at the Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens, the burning question on every foodie's mind is: will we see new types of food trucks in town soon?
This event is going to help me answer the big, 'what do I most want in life' question. My answer is to eat and be entertained. That's a good place to start.
The only bad thing about greasy fries ,funnel cakes and shaved ice is you have to wait for the county fairs before you can have them. But, wait. That's not the case for a food truck in Illinois that offers these county fair delicacies year-round.
