Illinois, Wisconsin Schools Closed or Remote Learning Friday 1/12

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for all of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin through noon CST Saturday (1/13).

The morning and evening commute is expected to be difficult to impossible for the Rockford region and throughout Chicagoland with snow rates exceeding one inch per hour on Friday morning and afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
