Milwaukee is a Top City for Affordable Bachelorette Parties

The first wedding I was ever in was my sister's. I was 19 and the maid of honor and I did not throw her a bachelorette party. I know... I should ask her if she wants one now? 18 years later? That was really not very 'maid of honor'-y of me. In my defense, she got married in March and I was in Iowa for college for most of the time leading up to the wedding.

In the last ten years things have amped up even more which is why it's nice to see a list like the one from QR Code Generator, listing the least expensive cities to hold a bachelorette party.

The study took into account taxi fares, beer and cocktail prices and fast food meals, because you know after enough cocktails you'll end up in the drive-thru.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin landed in the middle of the top ten, the sixth least expensive city to host your bachelorette thanks to their $10 cocktails and $9 combo meals.

You know what else? It's not too far from Rockford and Milwaukee really is a lot of fun! I've been to multiple Milwaukee bachelorette parties and has way more fun on the river than I did in a club in Chicago.

Shockingly, Chicago actually made the list too as the 25th least expensive city.
