Do you make your kids "earn" their money or do you just give money to them? Earning money encourages youth to start...

If you're a parent, I'm sure that you have found yourself trying to figure out ways to make your kids earn the money by doing chores around the house.

I know I sure have. My wife and I will say to our oldest son "if you take out the garbage, drag the garbage cans to the curb and bring them back after they are emptied you'll get an allowance."

What happens when my wife or I has to do his chores? Does he still get allowance? Withholding the payout won't ensure that he's more interested to accomplish the task in the future. Matter of fact, it may go the opposite way where he's not sure he will actually get an allowance.

Now you're back at square one, buying stuff for your kids or just handing them money for doing nothing.

The way this mom has it all set up entices kids to do their chores. Why? Underneath each card money is attached so the pay off is immediate.

Not only does the kid need to take care of the job around the house but he or she will get paid right away.

Mission accomplished. Moms rejoice.
