If you mom loves to laugh, The Hope & Anchor is hosting a Mother's Day Weekend Comedy Night on May 9th.  Super easy way to get out of the house, grab some drinks, and enjoy a night together without overthinking it.

If you want something more "interactive", Pig Minds Brewing Co. is hosting "Paint Yo' Momma" on May 9th.  It's exactly what it sounds like: laid-back painting with your mom and create a masterpiece of a painting of her!

Then, on Sunday, May 10th, you can slow things down with a Mother's Day Garden Celebration at Klehm Arboretum and Botanic Garden.  From 12pm-3pm, there'll be live acoustic music, food trucks, and the perfect way to spend quality time with your mom.  They'll have special Mother's Day packages with flowers, treats, and family photos if you want to go all out, too.
