After driving his vehicle for over one million miles, a man from Illinois is given a new one from Nissan.

How long do you keep a vehicle before getting a new one?

I have friends who get a different car every couple of years. Not me. I drive them until they can't be driven anymore.

I'm proud to say all of the vehicles that I've owned in my life have gone well over 100,000 miles. I've actually had a couple that got close to 300,000. I thought that was a lot. Apparently, I'm not even close.

According to wgntv.com,

"A suburban truck driver received a new set of wheels after logging over 1,000,000 miles in his Nissan Frontier. "

Now, I have something to strive for with my current wheels.

The only problem I've had in the past is the car still runs great but everything starts going on it. I had one that was super reliable with 290,000 on it. Unfortunately, the heat, air, interior lights, and radio didn't work. The trunk wouldn't close. The windows would stick. The sunroof leaked. It made traveling difficult.

What're the most miles you've ever gotten?
