Saying you'll attend a wedding and not showing up is pretty rude, but is this really the answer?

Jessica Baker was getting ready to go to her cousin's wedding a few weeks ago when at the last minute her mom, who was supposed to baby-sit, called to say she couldn't come over.

Jessica and her husband stayed home that night because the invitation specifically said, "no kids."

Then she got this in the mail.

Yeah, you read that right. She got a bill in the mail from the couple, saying that they need to pay for their meal since they didn't show up.

While I think Jessica should have informed someone that she wasn't going to show up, no one should ever be served a bill when they didn't. Seriously, my goodness.
