It's 2019 and most restaurants are finally realizing how beneficial it is that they jump on the keto-diet train. So many people live their life with diet restrictions, one of the most popular trends being the keto diet. It just makes sense that fast-food chains are offering keto-friendly options.

Chick-Fil-A is the latest to get behind the trend. According to WATE -

The fast-food chain now has a keto-conscious menu on their website to help customers follow the high-fat, low-carb diet plan. From foods with 10 or fewer net grams of carbohydrates to those that are filled with protein power, the Chick-fil-A menu has you covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

So what's on the menu? After check out Chick-Fil-A's website here are some of the options -

The menu boasts options like the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (without bun, 3g net carbs), to the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (without bun, 3g net carbs), to Grilled Nuggets (eight count, 2g net carbs), and the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken (10g net carbs). And you don't have to nix your favorite Chick-fil-A sauces and dressings to stay true to the diet. Most of the dressings are only 1-3 net carbs.
