How to Make Fried Candy Corn in an Air Fryer

This is not a complicated recipe at all.

You’ll only need 3 things, candy corn, a dough sheet, and an air fryer.

This was the dough sheet that worked best for me, from Walmart for around $3.

Use a shot glass, or something similar, to make little circles of dough. Wrap 2-3 candy corns inside each dough circle to look like a small ball. Toss them into a preheated air fryer at 350 degrees. Every air fryer is a little different, so only cook them for a couple of minutes at a time, so you can check on the color of the dough. The goal is for the dough to be a golden color. Don’t worry if the candy corn melts through a little, you can clean it up later.

I’d also recommend only making about a half dozen at a time. If they’re not sweet enough for you, sprinkle some powdered sugar on them right away.

We made some on the desk just outside the on-air studio in this video below.
