Our New Teacher of the Week Loves Celebrating His Students
Congratulations to 97ZOK's newest Teacher Of The Week, Mr. Bruce from West Middle School.
As a Teacher Of The Week, Mr. Bruce was gifted with flowers from Broadway Florist, a delicious Bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and a chance to buy some fun things for her classroom from Oriental Trading Company.
Mr. Bruce was nominated by Amanda Enser, a woman who works with him. Amanda writes -
In the years I have worked with Mr. Bruce he has been an amazing teacher who truly cares about his students and their well-being. He works extremely hard in making learning fun as well as making every student feel successful.
He incorporates many hands on activities so the students are able to learn by doing. He also has a student of the week as well as a student of the month. His students love and respect him as much as he loves and respects them.
He regularly celebrates their successes and pushes them to do their best he is a true asset to Rockford district 205 they are lucky to have him as are his students.
It takes 5 minutes to give a teacher something they'll remember for the rest of their life.
