Pecatonica High School Reschedules Prom for This Summer

This COVID-19 quarantine is difficult to navigate. It's stressful, it's frustrating, and it's also very heartbreaking for many who have loss their jobs, or in the case of high school seniors, dealing with missing school milestones that they have been looking forward to for years.

This past weekend my husband and I were talking about if schools would reschedule things like prom and graduation for later this summer so students didn't have to miss the major high school memories that last a lifetime. My husband didn't think they would, and now I will be rubbing it in his face that I was right. LOL!

In all seriousness, I hope schools all across the Stateline do the very same thing that the Pecatonica School District just announced, because the Class of 2020 deserves their night to get dolled up and shine!
