Meet Tucker, this week's Pet of the Week from Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary.

Tucker is one special little guy, or should I say big guy. Just a big ball of love and affection. The folks at Noah's Ark believe Tucker is the father of several puppies that were adopted earlier this year thanks to our "Pet of the Week" feature.

Tucker is two years old,  is easy going, must be around children four years of age and older and a house would be the best environment for him to learn and grow.

You'll notice something a little different about this loveable guy - he has alopecia, but that doesn't make him any less adorable. Some things you should know about caring for a dog with alopecia- It's important to remember that they don't have as much protection from the elements as dogs with full hair coats do so Tucker may need to wear a coat or sweater during cold months to keep them warm. During summer months you will also need to make sure he doesn't get sunburned so be sure to protect his skin just like you would yours. You should also be aware that when a dog has alopecia their skin is more susceptible to bacterial and fungal infections so make sure to wash Tuck often. If you notice his condition getting worse, please contact your veterinarian.

Noah's Ark has a great track record for finding dogs like Tucker a good home; let's see if we can do the same for him.
