Slide over "Create Your Taste," McDonald's is getting closer to letting Rockford customers make their own McCafe coffee.

It's only in one location at the moment in downtown Chicago. Customers come in, and kind of like a gas station, make the selections on how they want their coffee made.

On second thought, it's exactly like getting gas station coffee. It's not near as fancy as simple gas station coffee, but you get the point.

Customers step up to a kiosk and according to Brand Eating, "The coffee station includes a touchpad for ordering and paying (it appears to take credit card only), a beverage spout, and a dispenser for cups."

Is it possible this makes it way to Rockford? Considering it's right down the road in Chicago, the McCafe kiosk could soon be here.

Would you use the kiosk or is this something that would make the process more difficult?
