TSM[/caption]I recently had the opportunity to sit down with interim Rockford Police Chief Patrick Hoey and recruiting officers, Kaera Watson and Keehnen Davis. I wanted to know exactly what the department is looking for in a new recruit.

Before you watch this interview, I want you to keep something in mind. Rockford struggles, like so many other cities, keeping criminals off the street. It's a very complicated problem! But this I know, being a part of the process that fixes these problems will get us closer to a solution than complaining from the sidelines will.
