The coronavirus has effected everyone and small business is starting to feel it worse than anyone else.

From the owners to the employees, fears of the coronavirus has made going out to eat a dicey proposition.

Paul Sletten, owner of Abreo, 515 East State Street, and other popular restaurants in the Rockford area knows this and explained the effects better than anyone else.

If you don't feel like going out, we understand, maybe instead call in for a take out order, or get some gift cards for an "I Survived Coronavirus" meal at a later date. Anything helps and is appreciated. And please support your other local businesses too, and be helpful where you can, this is a weird time right now.

If you love local Rockford restaurants and want to see them open when the coronavirus is a thing of the past, order takeout, or at the very least a gift card.
