Mayor Tom McNamara will be hosting Rockford's first Mayor's March Against Domestic Violence on Sunday, October 14. Here are the details you need.

The Mayor's 2-mile march against domestic violence will also make some very important stops along the way, according to wrex.com, the march's television partner. What's significant about these stops is that there are necessary stops for survivors of domestic violence to get help in our community. Those stops include:

  • RAMP
  • Winnebago Co. Courthouse/Zeke Giorgi Legal Clinic
  • City of Rockford Human Services
  • Carrie Lynn Center
  • City Hall

Mayor McNamara's march kicks off at 12 noon on Sunday, October 14 at City Hall in downtown Rockford. For more march details, visit the Facebook event page.
