Rockton Woman Wins ‘The Walking Dead’ Ultimate Fan Contest

In Ashley Weidman's case, the second time was the charm. Ashley just won AMC's The Walking Dead/Talking Dead Ultimate Fan Search contest. 

Congratulations to Ashley, our 'go to' Walking Dead fact-checker, on finally getting some validation for her obsession. This wife and mother of three has entertained our listeners often, recapping episodes and sharing stories of meeting cast members when she volunteers at events.

Ashley Weidman, a Rockton mother of 3, will be on this Sunday's (4/8) episode of The Talking Dead with Chris Hardwick. Having been a frequent guest on our show, we are quite a bit biased, but she really is the biggest ULTIMATE fan of the show. She's a regular volunteer on the Walker/Stalker and ComiCon circuit.

Ashley shared the moment on Instagram when she got the call from Chris Hardwick that she'd won the Ultimate Fan contest.
