RPS 205 Invites Public to Upcoming Halloween Events

If you've got kids in the Rockford Public Schools, you probably know that the district has some fun Halloween events coming up, but if you're a parent with non-school age children who love to trick-or-treat, here's where you need to go this week.

Here's some more local events for the kids you need to add to your Halloween to-do list this week:

• Spooky Science at Discovery Center Museum - Friday, October 27 6 to 9 p.m.
• Sycamore Pumpkin Fest - Friday, October 27 - Sunday, October 29
• Spook-tacular Haunts at Anderson Japanese Gardens - Saturday, October 28 3 to 5 p.m.
• Lockwood Park's Pumpkin Fest - Final weekend for Halloween fun. Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday Noon to 4 p.m.
• City Wide Trunk-Or-Treat - Monday, October 30, 6 to 8 p.m.
