CBS News reported recently that Samsung is working on technology to develop an ability to "see-through" a semi truck.

While we won't be able to actually see through the truck, there would be a screen on the back of the semi, that would attach to a camera that is in front of the semi.

Thus, when you're trapped behind, you'll know what's going on in front of the truck and you can decide when and where to pass.

I spend a good 10 hours a week on the expressway and there are a LOT of trucks that drive in front, next to and behind me and most of the time I would love to see what's going on around that truck, but technology like this freaks me out sometimes.

Can you really trust what you see on that screen? According to the video, this is just in a testing phase, so we will have to wait and see when we can expect this technology to show up on I-90.
