Starbucks is Testing a Beer-Flavored Latte

Mall goers everywhere flipped out when Starbucks said the Pumpkin Spice Latte was coming early this fall, a different crowd might be pumped to hear about their newest latte flavor, beer.

The latte isn't going to have actual beer it in, but instead flavored syrups that are supposed to taste mimic the flavors of dark beers like Guiness. It will be called the "Dark Barrel Latte."

Like all good lattes, it will be topped with whipped cream, and this one will have a dark caramel sauce.

News of the beer-flavored latte broke on Reddit, where Starbucks employees seem to discuss a bunch of inside info.
