Starbucks Not Closing Stores, May Limit to Drive-thru Only
Starbucks says they will not be closing stores in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, but does have a potential plan in place.
In regards to the worldwide pandemic, Starbucks will remain in operation, for now, and will only close as a last resort. According to WREX.com, the CEO of 'bucks says decisions on whether or not Starbucks locations will remain open will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Starbucks has already increased the pace of sanitizing stores and put into place a temporary ban on use of personal cups or in-store mugs and glassware.
There has been some talk of Starbucks stores in North America becoming drive-thru only and/or limiting the number of people allowed inside.
