Extremely difficult days are ahead for all of us. Mayor McNamara and Steve talk about the best ways for Rockfordians to get though this time.

So many things are up in the air and it's hard to know how to proceed. Many things about life, and the way we live it, are going to look and feel very different. And, for just how long will it be different? Will it ever be the same again?

The absolutes that I'm choosing to lead with are that love will always be what I lead with, because hate will never get us though. Kindness ALWAYS matters. It's impossible to not feel better, when helping or doing something, for someone else.
