There's no such thing in my life as small stress. When I stress I do it full blown, with no limits. Obviously I need to change my ways, since stress in small doses can actually benefit you!

Here's how:

-It boosts your immune system. This one surprised me. Short term stress can help your body produce extra chemicals that can give you a boost!

...And stress helps with bigger stress down the way. It actually prepares you for something bigger and badder.
