Congratulations to Lindsay Passwaters-Cordero from Spectrum Progressive School in Rockford

Jenni Hassler nominated Lindsay, she writes,

Having only known Lindsay since my son started at Spectrum, about 5 months ago, I feel like we've known her for years. My son was extremely nervous about switching schools but walking into Lindsay's classroom felt like we were hanging out with old friends. Her teaching style is amazing as she adapts lessons to the interests of the class. This is a normal Spectrum teaching style but she does it and it truly includes everyone's interests. She is welcoming to all and just a joy to be around. We feel so lucky to have landed in her class. We may especially love that she has the sweetest dog ever that joins her at school daily. Thank you, Lindsay, for all you do!

As Teacher of the Week, Lindsay was surprised with a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and money to spend at WM Day Spa Salon.
