Go Super-nerd with Superman, the Leaning Tower of Niles, an underwater petting zoo, the world's largest catsup bottle, eat fries at the No.1 McDonald's and see a goat-tower.

And then there's THIS tower in Niles... standing not so proud. And to be honest, why do we have a Leaning Tower of Niles to begin with?
Thrillist.com has the answer:

Apparently it was built in 1934 as part of a recreation park for employees of the Ilg Hot Air Electric Ventilating Company of Chicago. It also once featured a wooden toboggan run. So yeah, the boss was pretty cool. Today it serves as the site of a summer concert series and is surrounded by fountains and a 30ft pool. It’s also in need of over a half-million dollars in repairs.

And never mind that you can eat McDonald's anywhere... this one in Des Plaines is Store No. 1 and who doesn't want some Mickey D's french fries.... with a lil something from the world's largest catsup bottle.
