The 25 Most Popular Baby Name of 2020 So Far… Are Mostly for Boys

Whoever keeps track of all of the babies born on Earth this year, I have a question, is it a booming year for boys?

Thus far this year I have no new baby besties. Two of my great friends had babies at the end of 2019 and two of my great friends are currently pregnant, but I have no super newbie babies in my life to wonder if 2020 is the 'year of the boy,' but if you take a look at this list, you'll think so!

We are just about halfway through 2020, if you can believe that... so it's totally time for a list like this to show up.

According to PopSugar, the most popular baby names of 2020 thus far are:

Is it just me, or are more of those boys names than girls names? Piper is the only one that I'm not sure of, I would guess that's a girls name, mainly because of, 'Charmed,' but the rest are leaning boy.

Which is actually the guess I have for one of my expecting friends who is waiting until delivery to find out what she's having. I just really think 2020 is the year of the boy!
